Interesting, both are equally in a lot of terms, both are rich and powerful, both posses a multinational company, both are influential and have very powerful friends.
Virtually they are even, but in the end Bruce will win, or at least not lose.
The reason of this is that Tony have a critical weakness, his own life depends of his Arc Reactor, while Bruce is in his top physical condition.
Bruce WILL exploit that weakness as far as he can to make a point. You got to respect one of the few normal human beings that could kick Superman ass whenever he need it.

Think of it this way, Ironman is a chrysler charger srt, Batman is a black panther. The charger is strong and fast as hell, but not very agile, which in a way would make it slow facing the panther. The black panther is strong and fast as hell too and very agile, but nowhere near as strong as the car. If the cat gets run over, its dead or severely injured, if the cat gets on the car it could potentially total the car.
All in all im saying u guys knock Batman way to easily lol, If Ironman does win… he’s gunna have to sell the current suit for parts n make a newer suit thats “batproof” lol

IRON MAN’S new armor is no longer a bulky unit which houses its own AI “response server” and miscellaneous interfaces for neural control. Personally, I think that Ironman would beat Batman. Plus, Ironman is a better superhero than Batman. However, I’d be forced to concede that without armor, Bruce Wayne would beat Tony Stark, which was the actual question. ok i thought tonys shrap metal was gone if that is out of the question then i still think tony even though his fighting skills are less then that of Bruce, Tony is more then capable of learning the fighting styles at least be able to defend against battys attacks i personally feel brain is better then brawn
