Charlie wins because he can take a punch. In fact, Mac and Dennis only made this ability stronger while training him to street fight. That spells doom for Clown Baby.

Charlie wins easily. Sure Mac is bigger, but he only thinks he knows Karate. As for Charlie, Charlie is indestructible. Plus, I don't think he can die. Think about it…Charlie has been run over by a car, shot in the head, electrocuted 500 times, drank 24 beers in one night, ate enough cough syrup to kill a gorilla, and even survived an abortion…Charlie can't die.
